Japan Media Arts Festival will honor outstanding work in four divisions: animation, manga, art and entertainment. It will give awards to work from each division and honor other notable works from within the country and around the world. Award-winning works are shown in Japan and abroad through events organized by the Japanese government’s Agency for Cultural Affairs.
